Time Warner to move Waycross Channels for basic cable ready analog TV viewers

Message from Time Warner: As of November 12, 2013, you will no longer be able to view Public, Government and Educational Access channels on a "cable ready" analog television. You will now need digital equipment such as a Time Warner Cable provided set top box, digital adapter, HDTV with a QAM tuner or Cable Card. If you have a newer TV with a QAM tuner directly connected to cable, you will need to refresh your channels using the "autoprogram" feature on your TV. Waycross channels are available on channels 99.1 - 99.7 on cable ready HDTV's. Channel numbers will not change for those with a cable box.
