Congratulations to Waycross staff and Volunteers for receiving a Philo award for the program "Colerain vs Elder OHSAA Tournamnet Football" in the Sports Coverage Category. Waycross also received finalist recognition for the "Colerain Township Town Hall Meeting" and "Talking with Santa" programs. The Philo Awards are hosted by the Central States Region of the Alliance for Community Media. Community Media Centers in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan are eligible to enter.
